Holub Apartments considers pets in select units only, with prior written approval. Many units are no-pets because this is a historic walk-up building with shared spaces and newly renovated interiors.

Service and assistance animals are accommodated as required by law.

To check a specific apartment, contact us with the unit and details about your animal. We’ll confirm whether it can be approved and what the lease addendum includes.
